• 1976: The “Financial Information Center" was established. It consisted of an Information Services Department, Media Programs, Television Filming and Photography labs.
• 1981: Economic analysis was added, and the Information Center’s name was changed to “The National Center for Financial and Economic Information”.
• 2017: The Center’s role was activated in line with the Ministry’s strategy 2017-2018, concerning partnership and knowledge support with stakeholders.
• 2020: The Center was renamed “The Communication and Financial Knowledge Center”, and its new strategy 2020-2025 was adopted to fulfill stakeholders' expectations in the coming period.
